If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s) and would like a voucher, please login to your customer account and generate a merchandise return request within 5 days. In addition, please submit a photo of your item(s) to the "Returns" department via the contact us page. Once your return is approved, please mail it back to our office located at:

When the return has been received, a voucher will be issued. If you're unable to comply with the 5 day return window, you will need to notify us IMMEDIATELY, within that 5 day period.
