This website is operated by Kinsley Scott Designs, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “KSD”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kinsley Scott Designs, LLC and its team members. Kinsley Scott Designs, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies stated within.

When you shop with Kinsley Scott Designs, LLC, you are accepting all of our terms and conditions.

 

Our website and store are hosted by Discovery Web Development. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

KINSLEY SCOTT DESIGNS CUSTOMERS

 

Kinsley Scott Designs reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and refuse any future orders based on interactions with our team, online comments, fraud alerts, or any charge backs filed. We try our best to be as upfront as possible and recognize any mistakes our team may make. However, we will not tolerate rudeness, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or malicious comments to any team member either directly, through email, or complaints directed towards us that are out of our control.

 

Not all business is good business and we’d rather part ways and discontinue any further interaction if you are rude to our team.

 

WORKING HOURS

 

Kinsley Scott Designs’ primary work hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We observe all major holidays and therefore, will be closed during those times also.

 

TURN AROUND TIME (TAT)

 

Our TAT is for our production and it is subject to change. This is an estimation on how quickly we can process your orders and is not a guarantee. We strive to complete each order within 7 business days. At times, printers go down and warehouse deliveries to us are late, which have pushed our posted TAT back. Sales, promotions and holiday seasons can sometimes exceed our normal TAT. Please expect potential delays during those times. We will always keep you as updated as possible.

 

Turn around time is calculated starting the following business day, after your order is placed, Monday – Friday. If your order is placed over the weekend, the first calculated business day would be the following Monday. We fulfill and ship orders daily, Monday – Friday.




MODIFICATIONS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

 

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services at any time, without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modifications, price changes, suspension or discontinued services.

 

SHIPPING

 

We ship through USPS. All items are dropped off or picked up within 24 business hours after completion. USPS pickups are Monday – Friday. If your order is fulfilled after pickup, it will be collected and shipped the next business day.

 

LOST PACKAGES

 

If your package is lost in transit or did not arrive, please contact USPS. Kinsley Scott Designs, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once delivered. If you suspect package theft, you will need to file a police report and follow up with your local authorities and local post office location about the theft.

 

If your package is not received and/or never scanned by USPS, please contact us after 72 hours have passed since pickup. Once scanned, packages should show movement within 72 hours. Once a package HAS been scanned by USPS, we do follow the USPS policy of allowing 15 days, if the package shows “IN TRANSIT.”

 

We have NO control of USPS and their shipping times, once the package leaves our hands.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS/PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER

 

YOU are responsible for ensuring your address on file AND the address on your order is correct. If it is not the correct address and your order is returned to us, YOU are responsible and must pay to have the package reshipped.

 

It can take USPS 5 – 10 BUSINESS DAYS to return your order back to us. Contact your LOCAL USPS immediately. You may be able to intercept and pickup your package at your local USPS office.

 

DTF TRANSFERS – SINGLES AND MULTIPLES

 

All DTF orders are printed, shipped and fulfilled in gang sheet form, if purchasing more than one transfer. We DO NOT individually cut your order for you. By doing so, this drastically eliminates errors and TAT by keeping your order together on one sheet, since we print to order and do not keep stock. By ordering and accepting our terms and conditions, you accept that the images are not pre-cut.

 

All sizing is listed in the description for each image. The size you select will be the longest side of the image, whether that is vertical or horizontal. Please take that into consideration when choosing the proper transfer size best for your project.




DTF TRANSFER ORDER ISSUES

 

ALL DTF TRANSFER SALES ARE FINAL due to the nature of the product. We do not accept returns for DTF prints for ANY reason.

 

If you have an issue with your DTF prints, you must email us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will issue a reprint or can provide you with a store credit.

 

After 5 days of receiving your prints, we cannot honor a replacement or credit as it could be due to poor storage, humidity exposure or damage through no fault of our own and that was not due to shipping.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

 

Kinsley Scott Designs, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, due to customer relationship being discontinued, pricing errors, fraudulent/misuse of coupon or promotional codes, if codes are applied when not valid, or any other reason seen fit.

 

PROHIBITED USES

 

We reserve the right to terminate your use of our website, its content or services for violating any of the prohibited uses as stated: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to try to solicit others; (c) to violate any international, federal, state or local regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit any type of virus or malicious code that will or may be used in anyway to affect the operation of functionality of this website or its services; (h) to collect or track personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, spider, crawl, scrape or pretext; (j) to interfere with security features of this website or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of this website and its services for violating any of the prohibited uses.
