Q: I am local and would like to pick my order up. How can I order for pickup?
A: During checkout, please choose the "Pick Up" option. When your order is complete, you may pick up your order at our store. For location details, please visit the stores page.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: All orders over $75 USD will receive free shipping. Orders below $75 USD will be charged a flat rate of $4.50.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All items are handcrafted when the order is placed. Orders are shipped no later than 7 business days after the original order date, not including weekends and holidays. Ex. If your order is placed on a Saturday, the 1st business day will be the following Monday.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: A tracking number will be provided to you via an email once your order is shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update properly.
